One that includes clean air and water, strong schools, safe communities, cultural depth, access to nature, and economic opportunity for everyone who calls Western North Carolina home.
That’s why Oby Morgan, a third-generation Asheville native and real estate broker with Christie’s International Real Estate – Ivester Jackson Blackstream, established a charitable fund housed at the Community Foundation of Western North Carolina. Every time a client buys or sells a property with Oby, a portion of his commission goes directly into this fund—not as a feel-good gesture, but as a real and growing investment in the long-term health and well-being of the region.
The goal is simple but ambitious: to raise the bar for quality of life across all communities in WNC, regardless of income or zip code. As the fund grows, so does its potential to support the people, places, and programs that make Western North Carolina thrive.
So far, close to 10% of Biltmore Forest Realty's real estate commissions have been committed to this fund. It reflects the kind of business we're building—and the kind of future we should all be working toward. Because for real estate isn’t just about property. It’s about people, possibility, and place.
Oby is fully devoted to helping you locate your dream home and providing support for all your selling needs, ensuring a smooth and satisfying real estate process from start to finish.
