If you hire Oby to help you buy or sell your home or investment property, a portion of his commissions will go directly to a curated list of organizations that make a material impact on a contributing element to the overall quality of life in Western NC. In 2023, more than 30% of Oby’s commissions have been donated to this charitable fund, which is housed by the Community Foundation of Western North Carolina.
