A portion of every transaction we work on goes to our Happiness In WNC fund, which is dedicated to both understanding and improving those key environmental factors that are the driving force behind a higher quality of life for everyone living in WNC, regardless of their income or resources.

In 2000, Cathey Bailey—one of the top-producing Real Estate professionals in the region—had the technological foresight to establish this website and brand. Since then, Biltmore Forest Realty has been the premier showcase for available properties, actively coordinating with local, national, and international media outlets to share the unique history of Biltmore Forest, Asheville, and the region of WNC at large.

Now owned by Oby Morgan, a third-generation local, and powered by Christie’s International - Ivestor Jackson Blackstream, we continue to help home buyers and sellers—from across town, or the globe—maximize the value of their time and dollar, as they seek to improve their quality of life.
